You need a replacement analog joystick, a tri-wing Y00 screwdriver, a Phillips PH00, and a plastic spudger. The process involves opening the Joy-Con housing (4 screws), disconnecting the old joystick flex, and connecting the new one. We carry replacement joysticks compatible with Joy-Con and Pro Controller.
